Lemon Tree is a spiritual successor to a piece called Ruminate released in 2014 from an album called Awake / Night. The questions I was asking back then, the confusion I was trying to unknot, finally unravelled itself. In a way that I now know and understand, including knowing that the work continues but at least I know the task. I’m now, finally, wearing the right shoes to walk forward. Here?

"These are a few of the first recording I ever did as a kid in 2004. In a way I see these as being the purest music I ever made as I had no concept or idea of the technical aspect of music, basically I had no idea of what I was doing.I have many recordings like this on tapes and mini-disks, I chose these four to put up as I thought it would be interesting to have my baby photos of the mantelpiece.
